Join our (female) team in Boro Park as a Provider Intake Specialist, where your organizational skills and problem-solving abilities will drive a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, solution-oriented candidate with excellent interpersonal skills who takes full ownership of tasks from start to finish.

In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for providers, ensuring all documentation, credentialing, and clearances are complete and accurate. You’ll assist with Viventium, fingerprinting, and PETS clearance, while coordinating with HR and internal teams to streamline the process. Maintaining up-to-date provider records is key to ensuring compliance and efficiency.
