A Monsey, NY investment management company is hiring a secretary. Candidate must be smart, detail oriented, have excellent phone skills and enjoy speaking on the phone, and must be good with numbers. Job includes speaking with clients (investment managers) on the phone, making sure client contact information is updated, and making friendly conversation with clients. No prior office experience is required. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9:30 am-4 pm or 9:30 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9:30 am-1/2 pm
