Office Admin/ Manager Position
Looking to hire an Office admin/ Manager for a fast growing local business. full time. Office located in Deerfield Beach. Must be a detail-oriented self starter, and have strong organizational and communication skills. Must have knowledge of Microsoft and Google suites, some QuickBooks knowledge.
Responsibilities will include:
Payroll
Answering phones
Employee onboarding & scheduling
Employee interviews
Assist with AP/AR
Liason with customers as needed
Assist upper management with tasks as needed
In person position
Post seminary / yeshiva, or college students are welcome to apply.
Willing to work around certain schedules. ( school, child care)
salary range $45-50k per year
