We have immediate openings for full-time secretary positions in our Boro Park and Lakewood offices.
Candidates applying for positions in our Heimishe office are required to have exceptional customer service skills and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
