A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring an asset manager. Job involves administrative tasks and oversight of projects. Looking for someone very detail oriented, meticulous, professional, with excellent communication skills. Candidate must have a managerial mindset and leadership personality. Candidate must be able to work with both managerial and administrative aspects within the company. Job includes interacting with engineers, lawyers, and banks and handling million-dollar projects. Candidate must have strong computer skills and excellent communication skills. Job requires prior office experience. This would be a great position for someone who previously worked for a construction or amazon company. No job hoppers. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
