A Monsey, NY multifamily property management company is hiring an acquisition specialist. Job includes finding properties, small and large, doing research on the owners, working with brokers, and closing deals. Looking for someone with at least 1 year of prior real estate acquisition experience, including out of state syndications or larger multifamily deals experience. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1 pm
