A Lakewood, NJ property management company is hiring a leasing representative. Looking for someone energetic, driven and outgoing with a sales personality. Candidate must be a creative thinker, take initiative, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a client facing position. Job inovles keeping apartments filled by attracting new renters and encouraging current residents to stay. It involves helping people through the leasing process, providing good customer service, and making sure everything runs smoothly from a first inquiry to the lease renewal. Looking for someone with at least 6 months of office experience in any field. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
