A Monsey, NY property management company is hiring a regional property manager. Candidate must have at least 1 year of prior regional property management experience in the multi family residential garden style apartments area located out of State (not in NY, NJ, PA or CT). Job includes overseeing 6-12 property portfolios, supervising property managers, ensuring compliance with regulations, maximizing property performance, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, and vendors. Job includes frequent travel to the properties. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
