A Passaic, NJ company is hiring a property overseeing manager. Looking for someone with prior experience working as an accountant in the real estate industry, or a property manger, or a regional manager. Job involves going to properties and speaking with managers on site, jumping in and solving any issues and working to raise the proprty values, as well as communicating back to corporate as to what the issues are. Candidate must be able to understand issues within the real estate industry such as troubleshooting why properties aren't rented or whether rates should be raised or lowered. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
