Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Title Coordinator with daily operations, including managing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in reviewing and processing title-related documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other office support as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
