Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Support the Title Coordinator with daily operations, including managing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. 
  • Assist in reviewing and processing title-related documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations. 
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals to provide updates and resolve inquiries. 
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other office support as needed. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. 

What We’re Looking For:

  •  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Prior experience in real estate, title, or administrative roles is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
