Our family-owned business has been a leader in the Hospitality and Real Estate industries for 40 years, and we are looking for motivated and talented candidates.

We are seeking a Real Estate Asset Manager who will manage a portfolio of properties with the goal of maximizing the property's value and investment return.

Roles and Responsibilities:         

Oversee performance of real estate assets to maximize value and return on investment.

Develop and implement asset management plans, budgets, and capital improvement strategies.

Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, and third-party vendors.

Monitor leasing activity, occupancy, and rent collections to ensure financial targets are met.

Prepare investor reports and present recommendations to ownership or senior leadership.

Communication: Communicating with investors and clients

Requirements: Operations and Financial background, asset management experience.

Location: Hawthorne, NJ (25 minutes from Passaic, 30 minutes from Monsey)
