Location: Monsey

A well-established real estate firm is seeking an experienced Property Leasing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in leasing and tenant relations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full leasing process from inquiries to signed leases
• Market available units
• Screen prospective tenants and process applications
• Coordinate lease renewals and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with property management to ensure high occupancy

Requirements:

• Prior leasing experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to manage multiple listings and prospects efficiently

Location:

• Passaic / Teaneck area (Monsey is also an option)
