
Position: Customer Service Manager (Full-Time)
Locations: 4 NYC & 1 NJ retail locations.
Hours: Mon–Thu 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Fri 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
Responsibilities: Oversee customer service operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
