
Mega Building Supply is an established hardware and building supply store on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. We serve contractors, tradespeople, and local residents and are part of a growing family of businesses.
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Store Manager to take ownership of daily operations. The owner is focused on growth — you will be the person who runs the store.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing 4–5 floor staff, overseeing inventory and vendor orders, handling basic bookkeeping and AP, opening and managing customer accounts, filing monthly sales tax, and making sure the store runs smoothly day to day.
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with 3+ years of retail or operations management experience. You’re organized, you follow through, you take initiative without being told, and you’re honest and dependable. Familiarity with the UWS community and contractor customer base is a strong plus. Experience in hardware, building supply, or trades is ideal but not required.
