Job Overview

Lion Health System is seeking an Acquisitions Sourcing Manager to help build our pipeline of healthcare acquisition opportunities. This role is focused on sourcing deals including cold calling, cold emailing, broker outreach, and direct outreach to healthcare operators, owners, physician groups, and health systems. We already have the internal team to handle diligence and execution. We need someone who can find opportunities and bring them to the table.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing healthcare acquisition opportunities
• Conducting cold calls and cold emails
• Engaging in broker outreach
• Direct outreach to healthcare operators, owners, physician groups, and health systems

Qualifications

Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following: healthcare, real estate acquisitions, business development, or outbound sourcing. The ideal candidate is comfortable with high-volume outreach, relationship building, and generating qualified opportunities.

Compensation

Compensation includes a generous base salary plus commission on deals brought to LOI, and additional commission on closed deals.
