Position Overview

Established home care agency seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, nursing staff, compliance, training, and patient care services across the Downstate region. This leadership role includes supervision of RNs, quality assurance, audits, incident management, and collaboration across teams to ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license required
• BSN; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years nursing experience, including home care/community health
• 2+ years nursing leadership experience
• Strong clinical, compliance, organizational, and communication skills
• EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency

Work Environment

Office-based with clinical oversight responsibilities. Ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage clinical operations, support staff development, and maintain excellent patient care standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
