Role Overview
Seeking a hands-on Ecommerce Manager to oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations, with a primary focus on Amazon. This individual will act as the operational lead, ensuring all channels run smoothly while driving growth, profitability, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Amazon Management
- Manage Amazon Seller Central operations end-to-end
- Maintain listing health, catalog accuracy, and content quality
- Resolve account, listing, and case management issues
- Oversee FBA/FBM inventory and fulfillment operations
- Monitor reviews, brand protection, and account performance
- Manage promotions, pricing, and product launches
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Ecommerce Channel Management
- Support operations across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and DTC platforms
- Monitor and resolve daily platform issues
- Maintain compliance and optimize listings
- Track KPIs, sales trends, and growth opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams on launches, restocks, and updates
- Serve as the primary operational contact for ecommerce activities
Qualifications Required:- 3–5+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience
- Strong Amazon Seller Central expertise
- Experience managing multiple ecommerce channels
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Self-starter who can work independently
Preferred:- Experience with Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or DTC platforms
- Knowledge of ecommerce advertising and sponsored products
- Retail, wholesale, or consumer goods experience
