We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our children's clothing store in the Lakewood area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and enjoys creating a fantastic shopping experience for families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations
• Lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Manage merchandising and displays to enhance the shopping experience
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist families in finding what they need
• Ensure the store is organized and well-maintained

Requirements

• Strong retail management and leadership experience
• Excellent eye for merchandising and coordinating outfits
• Proactive and organized with the ability to lead a team
• Availability to work on Sundays
