NOW HIRING — Product Development Manager

Location: Crown Heights, Brooklyn

Compensation: $70000–$120000 (DOE)

A growing white-label e-commerce company is looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to lead overseas sourcing and vendor relationships from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Source new products from overseas manufacturers and suppliers
• Build and manage long-term vendor relationships
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and production terms
• Coordinate product specifications, packaging, and sampling
• Oversee product development from concept to launch
• Monitor production timelines, quality control, and shipping
• Research market trends and identify new product opportunities
• Work closely with leadership to expand the product line

Qualifications

• Experience with overseas sourcing and vendor management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent project management abilities
• Experience in e-commerce, importing, or white-label products preferred
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
