Livestream assistant

Adina Eden is a fast-growing jewelry and accessories brand selling through Whatnot, TikTok Shop, and major retailers nationwide. We're looking for an energetic, organized assistant to help run our live shopping shows from our Brooklyn studio.

What you'll do

Set up and break down the streaming studio — lighting, camera, ring lights, backdrops, and product displays

Pull, organize, and stage jewelry and accessories before each show; restock mid-show as needed

Monitor live chat, surface questions and giveaway winners to the host in real time

Update product listings, pricing, and inventory in the Whatnot and TikTok dashboards during and between shows

Help pack and prepare orders after shows wrap and flag any fulfillment issues

Track show performance (GMV, views, conversion) and share post-show notes with the team

Who you are

Comfortable in a fast-paced live environment where things change in real time

Detail-oriented — you notice when a product is out of place or a listing has the wrong price

A natural at multitasking; you can monitor chat, prep products, and communicate with the host simultaneously

Genuinely interested in jewelry, fashion, or e-commerce — a plus, not a requirement

Available for evening and weekend shows (our best-performing shows run nights)
