About Us:
Cordial Health is a leading provider of psychiatric services for nursing homes, dedicated to improving mental health care for residents. We are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Representative to expand our network by building relationships with nursing homes and promoting our services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit nursing homes to present and offer our specialized psychiatry services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility administrators and decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of integrating our psychiatric services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
- Track and report sales activities, progress, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, business development, or healthcare marketing (preferred).
- Knowledge of the long-term care or behavioral health industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle (travel required).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Compensation & Benefits:
