Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to potential clients to generate leads and identify key decision-makers.
- Follow up with client organizations to maintain relationships and ensure ongoing communication.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop strategies to identify new prospects and improve client engagement.
- Support the onboarding and training of new hires to ensure smooth integration into the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational and networking abilities, including experience with cold-calling and drop-ins.
- Proficiency in using online tools for research and lead generation.
- Experience in business development and event sponsorships is a plus.
