Sales & Business Development Support Specialist

Superdome Sports is hiring a Sales & Business Development Support Specialist to help drive our continued growth. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and excited to support both the day-to-day sales process and our efforts to identify and close new business opportunities.
You’ll support incoming client needs while also working with our leadership team to research leads, reach out to new prospects, and help expand Superdome’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound inquiries and assist with facility rentals, camps, and events
Coordinate bookings and maintain accurate records via CRM and EZFacility
Support outbound business development efforts to attract new clients (e.g., schools, sports teams, event organizers)
Research local market opportunities and recommend outreach strategies
Assist with proposal creation and follow-up communications
Help re-engage past clients and identify upsell opportunities
Provide friendly, responsive customer service throughout the sales cycle.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in business development, customer service and sales
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
Confidence making outreach calls/emails and engaging new leads
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools (EZFacility experience is a plus)
A passion for sports, recreation, events, or youth programming is strongly preferred
Ability to work full-time in-person at our North Jersey HQ
