We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Online Sales & Listings Assistant to help us post and manage listings for coins, precious metals, sports cards, and memorabilia on platforms like eBay and other online marketplaces. No prior experience is necessary—we’re happy to train the right person who’s motivated, organized, and ready to learn.

If you enjoy working with collectibles, are comfortable using a computer, and take pride in being accurate and efficient, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Create listings for coins, bullion, sports cards, and memorabilia
• Write clear and accurate product descriptions
• Take simple, clean photos for listings
• Learn to research pricing and market trends
• Keep inventory organized and up to date
• Package and ship items after they’re sold
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent sales flow

• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
• Strong work ethic and dependable
• Organized, especially when handling multiple items
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Interest in collectibles is a plus, but not required
