We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Precious Metals & Coin Specialist. This role includes evaluating, sorting, pricing, and processing coins, bullion, and other precious metal items. While experience in numismatics or precious metals is preferred, we’re happy to train someone with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with intake, evaluation, and purchasing of coins, bullion, and precious metals
• Learn to authenticate and assess items by condition, rarity, and metal content
• Sort and organize inventory by type and value
• Research and price items using market data and reference tools
• Support listing, packaging, and shipping for online and in-store sales
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and sales
• Deliver courteous, professional service to customers and collectors
• Stay updated on industry trends and spot prices

Qualifications:

• Interest in coins, precious metals, or collectibles
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Quick learner with ability to apply new information
• Dependable, trustworthy, and team-oriented
• Prior experience in numismatics, retail, or precious metals is a plus (not required)
