Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll fuel our sales pipeline by creating qualified opportunities for our account team. You'll engage inbound and event-driven leads and generate outbound opportunities through targeted prospecting. This role requires persistence, professionalism, and a process-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up on inbound and event-driven leads.
• Research and qualify prospects across industries (Home Care, Insurance, Tech, etc.).
• Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up sequences.
• Secure qualified meetings and hand them off to the Account Management team.
Success Metrics
• Outreach activity levels.
• Qualified meetings booked.
• Conversion rates and pipeline movement.
• CRM accuracy and process adherence.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous B2B prospecting or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized and process-driven mindset.

• Team-oriented and adaptable.

Compensation/Benefits
• $40K-$70K base (dependent on experience)
