Job Description

We're seeking a Head of Sales to build and lead an outside sales team for a growing B2B company. This is a leadership role with a strong base salary and unlimited earning potential through team-based commissions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, train, and manage a high-performing outside sales team
  • Drive lead generation and new business development
  • Set and track performance goals while coaching reps for success
  • Collaborate with leadership on territory growth strategy
  • Own the full sales process from pipeline development to close


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing sales teams in B2B environments
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale sales operations
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and multitasking skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach
  • Industry experience in real estate or energy systems is a plus


Compensation & Benefits
