Job Description
We're seeking a Head of Sales to build and lead an outside sales team for a growing B2B company. This is a leadership role with a strong base salary and unlimited earning potential through team-based commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing outside sales team
- Drive lead generation and new business development
- Set and track performance goals while coaching reps for success
- Collaborate with leadership on territory growth strategy
- Own the full sales process from pipeline development to close
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing sales teams in B2B environments
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale sales operations
- Strong communication, adaptability, and multitasking skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach
- Industry experience in real estate or energy systems is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $150K base salary + uncapped commissions
