Responsibilities

- Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales; retail sales experience is a plus.
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members as needed.
- Familiarity with territory management techniques and best practices in the sales process.
- Previous experience in cold calling is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
