Job Description
Salary: $25-$27/hour + Commission
Location: Williamsburg (On-site)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
What You'll Do:
- Patient Outreach - Connect with patients who left or are considering leaving
- Persuasion & Recovery - Convince patients to stay or return to our agency
- Issue Resolution - Deescalate conflicts and troubleshoot service problems
- Coordination Follow-up - Work with teams to resume tailored services
- Target Achievement - Hit weekly retention targets
What We Need:
- Experience: Customer service, sales, or conflict resolution background preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Problem-Solving: Creative troubleshooting and solution-finding
- Work Style: Results-driven, empathetic, persistent approach
