Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative / Account Executive to maintain and grow relationships with our existing clients. This role focuses on client retention, account expansion, and generating referrals from satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients and conduct account reviews
- Serve as primary liaison between clients and operations teams
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Generate referrals through relationship building
- Complete daily calls and maintain CRM records
- Assist with proposals, attend client meetings, and support major account initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of inside sales or account management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- CRM experience and comfort with high-volume calling
- Self-motivated and highly organized
Preferred Qualifications:
- Facility management or property management experience
- Existing relationships in NY/NJ/CT property management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
