Job Description

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Location: Lakewood, NJ 

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5

• Drive Medicaid enrollments through high-volume phone outreach and strong follow-through

• Build quick rapport with callers and clearly guide them through the enrollment steps

• Use confident, persuasive communication to handle objections and boost conversion rates

• Consistently meet sales goals by staying proactive with leads and opportunities

• Keep call notes and updates organized to support smooth, efficient workflows
