We are a fast-growing company specializing in warehouse shelving, pallet racking, mezzanines, and material-handling equipment. Handy Equip helps businesses build efficient, organized, and high-performance warehouse spaces — from small local operations to large distribution centers.
We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to develop new business and grow strong relationships across the Northeast.
What You’ll Do
Develop new accounts and strengthen relationships with warehouse owners, managers, contractors, and brokers.
Prospect and create your own leads in both new construction and existing warehouse markets.
Visit job sites and warehouses regularly to meet clients face-to-face.
Understand customer storage needs and match them with the right shelving, racking, or mezzanine systems.
Work closely with our in-house designer who prepares the layouts — you focus on presenting and closing deals.
Prepare proposals and quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage the full sales cycle.
Track progress using simple weekly scorecards to measure calls, pipeline, and closed sales.
Training & Support
Full hands-on training on warehouse systems, quoting, and product knowledge.
The first 4 months include working side-by-side with a senior designer and manager.
Ongoing coaching and performance reviews every 2 weeks.
Office space provided in Goshen, NY, with hybrid flexibility for travel and field work.
Who You Are
2+ years of B2B or construction-related sales experience preferred.
Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close.
Independent, organized, and self-motivated.
Strong communicator who builds long-term relationships.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
Compensation
Competitive base + commission, based on experience and results.
Realistic earning potential:
Year 1: $90K–$130K
Year 2: $130K–$165K
Year 3+: $200K+
Gas and tolls covered for company travel.
