Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and professional Sales & Community Outreach Representative to help expand our homecare services by building meaningful relationships within the local community.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face outreach, networking, and helping families connect with the care they need.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with:
• Senior centers
• Assisted living facilities
• Case managers, social workers, and other professionals
• Represent our agency in a professional and well-presented manner
• Generate referrals and help grow our client base
• Act as a key part of our early-stage growth and expansion

Position Details

• 🕒 Part-time or Full-time (flexible schedule)
• 🚗 Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling locally
• 💰 Compensation:
• $25/hour
• Lifetime Commission per client
• Opportunity for growth as the company expands
• 📍 Territory: North & Central New Jersey

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, or healthcare-related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with in-person visits and relationship building
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
• Healthcare or homecare experience is a plus, but not required
