Luften is looking for a highly motivated, energetic sales professional to help grow one of the most unique service companies in the luxury building and hospitality industry. We specialize in odor control management and ambient scenting solutions for luxury high-rise buildings, hotels, commercial properties, nursing homes, and large facilities throughout New York City. This is NOT your average sales position. Our company provides innovative services that property managers, resident managers, and chief engineers actually need. We are not selling an oversaturated product — we provide specialized recurring services with very little competition and huge long-term earning potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Cold calling property management companies, hotels, and luxury buildings
• Visiting buildings in person throughout NYC
• Meeting with property managers, resident managers, chief engineers, and decision-makers
• Setting appointments and closing service agreements
• Building long-term recurring accounts and relationships
• Following up consistently and professionally
• Creating and managing your own pipeline

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (B2B sales, building services, hospitality, maintenance, facilities, janitorial, HVAC, property management, etc.)
• Strong personality and confidence speaking to people
• Comfortable with cold calling and in-person visits
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Professional appearance and communication
• Someone hungry to grow and make serious money
• Must be dependable and organized
