Location: Hawthorne, NJ (Full-Time, In-Office)


Position Overview

Churchill Living is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales / Account Manager to join our growing team in Hawthorne, NJ. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities, developing relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, travel professionals, and individual guests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.


The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, sales-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth while delivering exceptional service to both new and existing clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, relocation management companies, travel managers, and individual guests.
  • Prepare pricing proposals, quotes, and housing recommendations based on client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of Churchill Living services.


Qualifications

  • Sales, account management, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems or reservation platforms is a plus.
