Position Overview

Churchill Living is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales / Account Manager to join our growing team in Hawthorne, NJ. This role is responsible for managing inbound sales opportunities.


The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, sales-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth while delivering exceptional service to both new and existing clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, relocation management companies, travel managers, and individual guests.
  • Prepare pricing proposals, quotes, and housing recommendations based on client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of Churchill Living services.


Qualifications

  • Sales, account management, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems or reservation platforms is a plus.
