Our growing Healthcare services company is seeking a Director of Sales. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of promoting our services, identifying potential clients, expanding our customer base and leading our sales team.
- Identify and build relationship with potential clients.
- Oversee and manage sales team.
- Set ambitious sales goals and ensure accountability.
- Lead regular sales meetings to motivate and inspire the team.
- Hire and train new salespeople to expand the team.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies for growth.
- Foster a positive and success-oriented sales culture.
- Monitor sales metrics and report on team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies and goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in director role or similar senior sales position.
- Proven experience in the healthcare services and occupational medice.
- Proven experience in building relationships with corporate companies, homecare agencies and staffing agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and use it to inform strategy.
We're looking for a proactive individual with a strong sales acumen and a passion for customer service.
We offer a generous base salary of 100K-150K complemented by a commission structure.
