Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
- Engage in outreach, generate leads, and identify key decision-makers.
- Follow up with clients and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Create insights to discover new prospects and respond to client inquiries.
- Work both independently and collaboratively.
- Leverage online resources for information gathering.
- Support onboarding and training for new hires.
- Drive business development, sponsor events, find publication opportunities, cold-call, conduct site visits, and engage in networking.
- Manage email and e-marketing campaigns.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Must own a vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of ABA services and compliance standards is a plus.
- Prior experience in Client or Talent Acquisition roles is required.
