Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client relationships in the property management and development sectors
• Identify new business opportunities and close sales
• Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
• Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-level customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Must-have B2B sales experience
• Preferred experience with property managers and developers
• Strong ability to work independently and drive results
