Job Description
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 base + Performance Commission
Location: Kingston, PA (On-site)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5
- Connect with care managers we already partner with to check for patients who may need our services
- Maintain warm, ongoing relationships and keep our partners updated on available support
- Make follow-up calls, send emails, and ensure all communication is timely and professional
- Handle light admin tasks like logging referrals, tracking updates, and organizing information
- Provide friendly, dependable customer service while helping expand services for current partners
