Job Description

We are a fast‑growing K–12 school management / ERP platform serving private schools (Jewish and non‑Jewish). Our system helps schools manage contacts, registration, attendance, financials, fundraising, transportation, communication, report cards, and more — all in one place.

We’re looking for a versatile Inside Sales & Customer Success team member to help schools discover, onboard, and succeed with our platform. The role starts part‑time with a clear path to full‑time based on results.

🧩 What You’ll Do

You’ll support schools through the full journey — from first conversation to ongoing success:

Inside Sales & Discovery

  • Engage new leads (schools, administrators, directors) via email, phone, and Zoom
  • Run structured discovery calls to understand each school’s needs (enrollment, tuition/fees, transportation, fundraising, communication, etc.)
  • Qualify opportunities and decide together whether it makes sense to move to a demo

Product Demos

  • Give clear, needs‑based demos of our K‑12 ERP platform
  • Show how core areas (e.g., registration, attendance, financials, fundraising, transportation, broadcast/communication, documents, report cards, and reporting) solve real problems for schools
  • Keep demos conversational, not “pitchy” — focused on the school’s workflows and pain points

Onboarding & Training

  • Guide new schools through setup and onboarding
  • Train office staff, administrators, and other users on how to use the system
  • Help schools adopt best practices so they actually use the features they’re paying for

Backup Support

  • Provide friendly, timely responses when schools have questions
  • Act as a bridge between schools and our internal team when issues or requests come up

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

Location & Language

  • Based in Israel (strongly preferred for time zone and community fit)
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
  • Yiddish is a significant plus

Skills & Traits

  • Strong people skills: you’re comfortable speaking with school administrators and office staff
  • Clear communicator over Zoom, phone, and email
  • Quick learner with software / web applications
  • Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple schools and tasks
  • Comfortable switching between sales conversations, demos, onboarding, and support

Availability

  • Able to start part‑time, with openness and desire to move into a full‑time position as the role grows

🧠 Our Sales Approach (Training Provided)

We don’t do aggressive, pushy sales.

We follow a structured, question‑based consultative approach that focuses on:

  • Building genuine rapport with prospects
  • Asking thoughtful questions to uncover their real challenges
  • Agreeing together on next steps (or deciding it’s not a fit)
  • Qualifying before doing deep demos
  • Keeping everything transparent and comfortable for both sides
You do NOT need prior experience with any specific sales system.
We provide full training in our proven, relationship‑driven sales framework and our internal process, so you’ll be fully supported in learning how we work.

If you enjoy honest, open conversations and helping schools find solutions, you’ll fit right in.

📌 What We Offer

  • Part‑time role with a structured path to full‑time
  • Training on:
  • Our K–12 ERP platform
  • Our consultative sales and discovery process
  • Opportunity to work with schools in the US, Israel, the UK, and across Europe
