Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM; Friday, 9 AM–12 PM
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced work environment? We’re looking for a Sales Secretary to join our team! If you have a knack for accuracy, enjoy working with numbers, and love learning new things, this role could be a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Purchase Order Entry – Accurately input and process purchase orders, ensuring all details are correct.
• Excel Work – Utilize basic Excel formulas for tracking and organizing data.
• Administrative Support – Assist the sales team with new accounts, scheduling orders, correspondence, and document management.
• Customer & Vendor Communication – Interact professionally with clients and suppliers to coordinate orders and resolve inquiries.
• Data Management – Maintain up-to-date records of transactions and sales activity.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong Attention to Detail – Accuracy is key in handling orders and data.
• Comfortable with Excel – Basic formulas and spreadsheets should be second nature.
