Ecommerce Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing warehouse operations for ecommerce businesses, with a strong focus on the Amazon marketplace.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in warehouse management, specifically in ecommerce operations.

Proficiency with GoFlow order management system preferred.

Experience in warehouse operations management relating to Amazon marketplace and FBA preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a growing team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.

Seamlessly manage all aspects of Amazon FBA operation

Implement and maintain organizational processes, procedures and systems

Manage inventory control and quality assurance processes.

Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.

Coordinate with other departments to optimize delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $90,000 to $150,000 depending on experience

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm Friday 9am-2pm
