We are seeking an Ecommerce Returns Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment for an ecommerce businesses.
Responsibilities
• Processing customer returns and refunds
• Grading returned products
• Restocking returned products
• Communicating with customers via email
Skills Required:
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability taking and following instructions.
Pay: $17/Hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm Friday 9am-2pm
Work Location: Brooklyn, NYv
