Regional Property Manager

Part-Time

Location: Chicago Area

Salary: $50,000–$90,000

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties with the goal of maximizing asset value and investment return.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance of real estate assets to optimize value and ROI
• Develop and implement asset management plans, budgets, and capital improvement strategies
• Monitor leasing activity, occupancy rates, and rent collections to ensure financial objectives are met
• Prepare investor reports and present strategic recommendations to ownership or senior leadership

Requirements:

• Background in operations and finance
• Experience in asset management

Travel:

• Regular travel to Bloomington required (approximately one day per week)
