Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee technical initiatives, including the implementation of AI-assisted tools for physician research. This role involves managing projects related to data collection, medical hierarchy development, and refining systems in collaboration with developers and users.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement AI Tools: Lead the integration of AI tools and automation processes, including web scraping, to collect clinically relevant data for physician specialty research.
• Develop Medical Hierarchies: Design and implement accurate medical hierarchy frameworks for physician and medical topic specialization to align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Developers and Users: Work closely with developers and users to design, test, and improve technical systems.
• Document and Transition Workflows: Create clear technical documentation and workflows for database and program transitions.
• Oversee Program Transition: Manage the migration of the Case Management program from a VB environment to Salesforce, ensuring a seamless operation and addressing user needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of AI tools, web scraping, and API-based data collection.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to complete technical projects successfully.
• Strong communication skills for working effectively with developers and users.
• Experience in creating detailed documentation and workflows.
• Ability to read and understand medical literature.
• Familiarity with medical taxonomies and terminology is an advantage.
