Director of Operations and Impact - Non Profit - REMOTE (North America only) - 130K-150K

This senior leadership role is integral to managing a core program in the non profit education sector. The Director will oversee operations, strategic planning, team management, and program growth, ensuring optimal impact and alignment with organizational goals. This position requires a dynamic, strategic thinker with exceptional operational expertise and a passion for education and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management: Lead day-to-day operations, student recruitment strategies, and team utilization to ensure smooth program delivery and growth outcomes.

Strategic Leadership: Oversee significant decisions, manage program teams, and align the program with broader organizational objectives.

Team Development: Supervise staff hiring, onboarding, training, and performance to maintain excellence and professional growth.

Technology & User Experience: Manage program technology platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools; enhance UX/UI for improved engagement.

Recruitment Campaigns: Develop creative campaigns to attract new demographics and measure ROI for continuous optimization.

Budget Oversight: Create and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective and impactful use of resources.

Ideal candidates  will have proven senior leadership experience in program operations or a related field, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong strategic planning and project management skills. Experience in education or social services is a plus.
