We currently have a team of 6 employees and growing

Her's what we're looking for:

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise the processing of Amazon returns, including inspection and determination of resale condition.

- Maintain organization and efficiency in warehouse operations.

- Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.

- Communicate effectively with team members and management.

- Implement creative solutions to optimize processes.

- Utilize experience with Amazon and eBay platforms.

- Experience with Sellercloud is a plus.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous Experience with Managing an Ecommerce Warehouse

- Strong communication skills.

- Exceptional organizational abilities.

- Ability to think independently and make quick decisions.

- Courage to tackle challenges head-on.

- Previous leadership experience.
