Nurse Practitioner Opportunity – VP of Clinical Operations (Office-Based)

A fast-growing mobile wound care company in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a dedicated and driven VP of Clinical Operations to help lead our office operations and collaborate closely with our clinical team.

We are a mobile wound care group providing expert wound care services in home-care settings. Our team is passionate about delivering quality care and improving outcomes for patients across New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of New Jersey
• Clinical experience in wound care, including proficiency with sharp/surgical debridements
• Solid understanding of standard wound care products
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required — we offer full training and support

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support RNs and new providers in delivering top-quality care
• Lead internal education sessions, including weekly case review roundtables
• Coordinate with facility clinical teams regarding patient care plans
• Attend administrative meetings and contribute to operational planning
• Represent our program in facility presentations and outreach
• Provide wound care training sessions for partner facility staff
