RN Opportunity – VP of Clinical Operations (Office-Based)

A fast-growing mobile wound care company in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a dedicated and driven VP of Clinical Operations to help lead our office operations and collaborate with our team of clinicians.

We are a mobile wound care group providing high-quality services to patients in home-care settings. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes through expert care, innovation, and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Experience in clinical wound care, including competence in sharp/surgical debridements
• Familiarity with standard wound care products
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required — we provide comprehensive training

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, train, and support clinical staff, including RNs and new providers
• Lead weekly internal education sessions and case discussions
• Serve as liaison to facility clinical teams regarding patient wound care
• Participate in administrative and strategic planning meetings
• Present and promote our program to partner facilities
• Deliver in-service wound care training to facility staff
